DONN ERNST LEGENDARY WRESTLING VIDEOS/DVD’S
Wrestling during 1970’s was a unique period of time and will never be duplicated. The rules made technique and strategy an important part of wrestling. As an example: there were nine minute matches, with ten weight classes. A match in the Olympics and World Championships did not end because of being ahead by 10 points. Or the “tech fall” rule in high school wrestling. Longer matches and additional weight classes enabled more technique to being executed and learned. A learning attitude that made me into a successful wrestling coach and clinician. I used these videos as a teaching tool for my athletes. It gave my athletes great confidence in my coaching style and to know they were learning World Class Technique.
My 1970’s collection of wrestling videos are history. They will be a great addition for your personal wrestling library and coaching theory. Every videotape purchased will come with a detailed syllabus.
